How it all began…
Hi, I’m Kelly. I was born and raised in Cheltenham, our lovely Spa town, and have lived in Bishop’s Cleeve for 27 years with my husband and children.
Before Ultimate Clean Cheltenham, I spent time in past jobs managing cleaning teams and reviewing standards for offices, and at different points in my own life I’ve also employed cleaners in my own home. So I’ve genuinely seen this from every side – what makes a cleaning standard actually good, what clients want and worry about, and how much difference reliable help makes when life is full.
As a working mum myself, I know exactly how precious time is – and how much lighter everything feels when the basics are properly taken care of. That’s what motivated me to set up Ultimate Clean Cheltenham: a business built around what I’d genuinely want from a cleaner and housekeeper myself. Not just cleaning, but real, practical support – the everyday help that actually eases the load, whether that’s a spotless kitchen or the laundry finally being folded.
I run Ultimate Clean Cheltenham as a small, friendly microbusiness offering reliable, high-quality cleaning and housekeeping support for busy households.
My goal is to make your home feel lighter, calmer and easier to manage.
My approach
I work with structure, consistency and care. Every home is different, so I tailor my approach to your routines, your space and your priorities.
I’m fully insured for domestic cleaning and hold a Basic DBS certificate.
I use:
- a colour-coded cloth system for hygiene
- gentle, professional cleaning products safe for children and pets
- a structured workflow
- respectful communication and clear expectations
Housekeeping Support
Alongside cleaning, I also offer Housekeeping Support – everyday tasks like laundry folding, ironing, pet feeding, small cupboard declutters, charity shop drop-offs and dry-cleaning collection, charged at the same £22/hr as cleaning. It’s there whenever you need an extra hand, whether that’s built into a regular visit or booked on its own. See my FAQs for more.

Where I work
I’m based in Bishop’s Cleeve, and also cover Cheltenham and surrounding areas. I charge a flat £5 mileage fee for properties more than 5 miles from GL52.
